Gender Equality Declaration (GED)

VIVACE Process Instruments is responding to the convergence of two global crises – that of social inequality and climate breakdown. Our vision is markets that value all people and respect nature. Our mission is to support actions that inspire and challenge the industry to use its power for good. We see diversity as an essential strength in our business.

What do we mean by Gender, Equity and Inclusion?

Reducing inequality has two components: increasing equality of opportunity so that everyone has a common starting point in life and reducing disparity in life outcomes. We need to eliminate structural discrimination so that factors such as gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, class or family origin do not limit people's life prospects. We are committed to aligning words and actions, ensuring that each individual thrives in an environment that truly values diversity.

Through diversity and inclusion, at VIVACE we create a work environment that catalyzes and facilitates innovation, considering the sum of each person's way of thinking, with their skills, life stories, realities and who wins, VIVACE and the society. Our determination is to attract the best team and talent in our industry and ensure the same development and career opportunities for everyone.

Our compromise

We work in synergy with our Corporate Governance in such a way that in our day-to-day lives, we can ensure that Gender, Equity and Inclusion are integrated into everything we do together. Our goal is to address the lasting effects of discrimination by promoting equality and inclusion and applying a gender lens to all of our work. Our corporate governance follows some basic principles, including:

  • Transparency: the desire to present information that is of interest to stakeholders and not just that imposed by standards or legislation;
  • Equity: Fair and equal treatment between partners and other market and sector stakeholders;
  • Accountability: provide your accounts to society clearly and without subterfuge, acting with diligence and responsibility;
  • Corporate responsibility: the organization's agents must take care of the economic and financial viability of organizations, reducing negative externalities and increasing positive ones.

It is important to highlight that we seek to strengthen the GED not only in initiatives with partners and their organizations, but also to integrate the GED internally into our structure, policies and operations.
