Vivace participates in a Roundtable on Fenasucro 2016

Sertaozinho ISA Student Section promoted a roundtable on the first day of Fenasucro Fair. The theme was:

"Labour Market for Future Professionals in the Industrial Automation Area"

César Cassiolato, President of Vivace Process Instruments, was one of the guests and collaborated with his experience in the industrial automation market.

Among the discussed topics the highlights were: What skills and characteristics will be required by the companies for the industrial automation professional in the future? What actions the automation professional should plan to increase their employability in the labor market? Who has more chances of success in the labor market, the generalist or specialist? Entrepreneurship - for those with entrepreneurial spirit and want to open their own business / company, what opportunities do you see in the market and what features are necessary for development of new small businesses in the industrial automation field?

According to Cassiolato, the event was very positive and where he commented highlighting the market opportunities, entrepreneurship and the future: "If we look to the future and that is where we have to focus as it is where we will spend the rest of our lives, we will see that is promising and that all who are starting on the labor market will need to have luck. Strange, but it's not a joke from my side, I'm not crazy. I will explain what I mean by luck. Today we are more than 7, 2 billion people in the world, and it is estimated that in 2025 this number will reach close to 8.6 billion and then we will have some challenges: energy, food, drinking water, health, consumption and comfort, environmental issues etc. You see that in this scenario, the industrial automation has a lot to collaborate with industry challenges: global market, highly competitive, leading edge technologies for use (The life cycle of technology is shrinking and the demands for a production tailored are increasing) , productivity with low costs and high quality, operational and environmental safety etc., ie,  much chance of fronts with automation, professional training fronts and continuous improvement etc. , ie, the future is promising for those lucky and now, I clarify that luck is the meeting of training/skills/capacity with the opportunity and daring. Life is an opportunity to dare. I wish all of you good luck."
