Before booking onto the course, please ensure you have read the course content, to ensure the course will meet your training needs and that you are able to meet pre-requisites, where stated.
If a course registration/booking form is completed by an individual other than the named candidate, it is the responsibility of the employer to ensure the candidate is suitable for the course and has the relevant experience.
Upon receipt of your booking form, and subsequent payment your place(s) will be confirmed. Registrations will not be confirmed until full payment.
In case of cancellation , the participant may request the cancellation of their registration and refund of amounts paid. To this the participant should communicate Vivace Process Instruments via email contato@vivaceinstruments.com.br (subject: Cancellation -Training), and stating the following:
The return of any amounts paid in the event of WITHDRAWAL obey the criteria in advance below, and the refund will be made within 5 business days after receiving the cancellation email.
Participants enrolled in the course can be replaced by another participant from the request for substitution is made up to three days before the start of the course. For this, the participant must send your request via email contato@vivaceinstruments.com.br (subject: Replacement-Training), informing the data of your registration (name and date of travel) and the substitute participant data (name complete, ID and e-mail).
IMPORTANT: No substitutions will be accepted informed less than three days in advance. In these cases the participant's absence shall be considered "NO SHOW".
IMPORTANT: In case of replacement, we cannot change invoices already issued.
The cancellation for health reasons cannot be requested until the start of the course. After this period will be considered "NO SHOW". Sending the evidential medical certificate is mandatory condition for the request to be valid. The certificate must be sent to the email contato@vivaceinstruments.com.br (subject: Cancellation / Health-Training), within 1 business day before the start of the course.
It is considered participating effectively enrolled who made your registration, received the call and did not send the cancellation request, rebooking or replacement within the time limits set in the previous items. When the actually registered participant does not attend the course performing site on the start date will be considered "NO SHOW" (participant did not attend). In this case, Vivace Process Instruments will not issue a certificate of participation, not refund any amounts paid by registration and not reschedule the training.
Vivace Process Instruments reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the date, time and location of the training at any time, including replacing the appointed instructors to provide training. In case of cancellation of the training, the subscriber is entitled to a full refund. Vivace Process Instruments shall not be liable for any loss, including the costs of travel, hotel, meal as a result of a cancellation or rescheduling.
If a training is canceled by Vivace Process Instruments due to extraordinary circumstances (weather events, natural disasters etc.), the subscriber is entitled to a credit of training that must be used within 18 months from the expected date the training. If Vivace Process Instruments cancel training for any other reason, the insured is entitled to a full refund. Vivace Process Instruments is not liable for any other losses incurred as a result of a cancellation or rescheduling.
Vivace Process Instruments will make all effort to ensure that subscribers are notified at least seven days before the start of the canceled training.
If a training is canceled, Vivace Process Instruments will contact registrants by phone and email to send credit in training. Every effort will be made to a new schedule according to the participant's needs.
